Glitter has a knack for escaping and spreading everywhere. We recommend storing glitter in airtight containers, in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Extreme temperatures can potentially affect the glitter's colour or texture. 

Tip: Storing glitter in transparent containers allows you to easily identify the glitter colour or mix inside without opening them, saving you time and minimizing the risk of spills.

Whoops! Save what you can and keep it for your own 'unicorn barf' glitter mix.

Vacuum the rest up and tip into a disposable sealable container to prevent it getting anywhere else.

Tip: A massage gun can help lift the glitter from carpet while vacuuming.

We recommend saving your glitter for another purpose, donating or even reselling your glitter rather than disposing of it.

If you must dispose of glitter, we recommend placing it into a sealed Ziplock bag and disposing of it in general rubbish.

NEVER flush glitter down the drain. Wastewater treatment facilities aren't equipped to capture these tiny plastic particles, and they end up in rivers and oceans.
