🛍️ How do I join?
It’s super easy—just create an account with us and boom, you’re in the Sparkle Squad! 🎉 You’ll even score 100 points straight away, just for signing up.
Already have an account? You're already earning points when you shop!
💸 How do I earn points?
You’ll earn points for every dollar you spend, plus bonus points for things like following us on Instagram, celebrating your birthday, or referring your glitter-loving besties.
Keep an eye on the rewards widget (bottom of your screen) for all the ways to earn!
🎁 How do I spend my points?
Once you’ve saved up enough sparkle, you can redeem your points right at checkout:
500 points = $5 off (with a $25 minimum spend)
1000 points = $10 off (with a $40 minimum spend)
Click on Rewards button at the bottom of the screen and you will see the list of all discounts you can redeem your points for. If you have enough points, you’ll see the option at checkout. Easy as that!
🤔 I forgot to log in before placing an order - can I still get points?
We totally get it—mum life, glitter chaos, it happens! 💖
Shoot us a message with your order number and we’ll do our best to manually add the points for you.

We love spoiling our glitter-loving crew, but to keep things fair and fabulous for everyone, here are the nitty-gritty details of our rewards program:
✨ Eligibility
Rewards points are available to customers with a registered Kaleidoscope Glitter Co store account.
Guest checkouts do not earn points—so make sure you’re logged in when you shop!
🛍️ Earning Points
Earn 5 points for every $1 AUD spent (excluding shipping and discounts).
Points are added to your account once your order is fulfilled (shipped).
You’ll also earn 100 bonus points when you create your store account.
Occasionally, we’ll run special promos to earn extra points—so keep your eyes peeled! 👀
🎁 Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for discounts at checkout:
500 points = $5 off (with a $25 minimum order)
1000 points = $10 off (with a $40 minimum order)
🧾 Can I use points with other discounts or sales?
Usually, points can’t be stacked with other discount codes—but hey, we run sparkle specials all the time, so keep an eye out! 😉

Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and can only be redeemed through Kaleidoscope Glitter Co. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or end the program at any time — but we’ll always aim to keep things fair and fabulous.
Points may be adjusted or removed for canceled/refunded orders or suspected misuse. Don’t worry though, as long as you’re spreading glitter and good vibes, you’re golden! 💖
